We are SO proud of Valley View Jr. High student, Adalai Weeks! 💙💛
Adalai was recently invited by CASA of the 2nd Judicial District to speak at the Jonesboro Math and Science Magnet’s Job Fair 📚, where she shared all about CASA and her very own book, Sasha’s CASA — a book she WROTE and ILLUSTRATED herself! ✍️🎨
Sasha’s CASA serves as both a resource for foster children to better understand their advocate’s role and an awareness tool for CASA’s mission.
Her CSI (Community Service Initiative) for Miss Arkansas Teen is: CASA: Changing A Child’s Story 👧👦
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) stands up for children in foster care through passionate, caring volunteers who serve as their voice in court and beyond! ⚖️🗣️
Adalai is currently Miss Ouachita River Teen 👑 and will be competing this June for Miss Arkansas Teen!

Troop 3548, one of the Valley View troops, proudly donated 60 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies 🍪 to the Backpack Program 🎒!
This troop—made up of Daisies 🌼, Brownies 🍫, and Juniors ⭐️ (K–5th)—have been learning all about community service this year ❤️ and are so excited to continue making a difference!
They were able to make this donation thanks to all the cookie lovers who supported them💚 including the incredible teachers in our district ✏️📚!
