👏 Daniel Leslie, a 9th-grade student, was recognized as the DAR Jonesboro Chapter State Essay Winner.
🌟 Ahtziry Zuniga, a 12th-grade student, was named Valley View’s Good Citizen Award recipient.

It all started in Mr. Holt’s Algebra class in 1984… 📚✏️
Lee was a junior, and Debbie was a freshman at Valley View. Mr. Holt had a habit of moving Lee to the back of the room on test days to make sure he earned an honest grade. 😂 But little did he know, this move led Lee to seek outside tutoring—where he not only found help with math but also the beginning of a #BlazerLoveStory❤️✨
Debbie wasn’t just a math whiz—she went on to graduate Valedictorian of her class! 🎓👏
Fast forward… Lee & Debbie had a daughter, Madison in 1995, who proudly graduated from Valley View in 2014. 🏫🎉 They have been happily married for 36 years, and their Blazer Pride runs deep with generations of family members carrying on the tradition. 💙💛
These days, you’ll find them still active in the Valley View community—where Lee serves on the School Board. 🚌
Lee and Debbie love cooking, spending time outdoors, and chasing after their 3 ½-year-old grandson, Wyatt! 👶💙
